These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern and regulate the relationship between Betify and its customers. These Terms include, amongst others, important provisions concerning the conditions under which a customer may establish and operate a betting account with Betify, as well as restrictions and conditions which will apply to the relationship between the parties and the various betting transactions and products which Betify offers. It is therefore essential that you read these Terms fully and ensure that you have understood and agree to be bound by them before establishing an account with Betify.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO BET

2.1. is a natural person (companies, close corporations and other corporate entities are disqualified from betting);
2. is at least 18 years of age;
3. has completed the account application form accurately and in full and has been accepted as an account holder by Betify;
4. is not listed on the register of excluded persons contemplated in section 14 of the National Gambling Act, 2004, and

2.1. Any person who completes the account application form warrants thereby that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and all Rules relating to betting on sporting events or horseracing or any other lawful contingency published on this Site from time to time; and will be deemed thereby to have made an application requesting Betify to –

1. conclude an agreement in accordance with these Terms for the provision of a betting service on horseracing, sporting events and any other lawful contingency to such person (hereinafter "the Customer");
2. for the purposes of paragraph (i), to open a betting account in the name of the Customer,

which application shall be deemed to have been granted, and the which account shall be deemed to have been opened, if Betify informs the Customer thereof or accepts a bet or bets subsequent to receipt of the completed account application form.

3. ACCOUNT OPENING PROCESS AND RELATED INFORMATION

3.1. The Customer warrants that all information provided in the account application form completed by him/her is and shall remain true and correct.

3.2. BETIFY reserves the right to accept or decline an application for a new account for any reason whatsoever.

3.3. The Customer shall be solely responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of all his/her account details.

3.4. The Customer undertakes to notify Betify immediately in the event that the Customer's account information is lost, stolen, or misappropriated.

3.5. Once a business relationship has been established with a Customer, an account will be created in the name of the Customer.

3.6. If there is any difference between the information entered by a Customer at the time of logging in to his/her account, and the information supplied to Betify by the Customer at the time of establishing the business relationship, the Customer will not gain access to his/her account.

4. FICA COMPLIANCE

4.2. Where FICA or its associated regulations and instruments specify such procedures and/or restrictions then Betify will operate in accordance with such procedures and/or restrictions.

4.3-4.9. Betify is required under FICA to establish and verify the identity of all Customers before it may lawfully create a betting account. No betting account will be created unless the identity of the Customer has been conclusively established and verified.

5. EVENTS AND CONTINGENCIES ON WHICH BETTING IS OFFERED

5.1. Betify shall, in its sole discretion, determine the markets, events or contingencies on which betting shall be offered.

5.2. Betify may from time to time determine a minimum or maximum amount that may be staked as a bet.

6. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING BETS

6.1. The Customer shall place his/her bets via the internet, or if using the mobile betting platform, per telephone or through such other electronic media as may be made available by Betify.

6.3. Betify may in its sole discretion elect whether to accept or to reject a bet requested.

6.8. The placement of a bet signifies the Customer's acceptance of the Rules published by Betify.

7. PAYMENT BY THE CUSTOMER

7.1. A Customer may bet against a cash deposit placed with Betify by electronic funds transfer, direct deposit, credit card, or other recognised payment platforms.

7.3. The Customer shall under no circumstances place a bet exceeding the Customer's credit balance with Betify.

8. PAYMENT TO THE CUSTOMER

8.1. Betify shall credit the Customer's account in respect of winnings and refunds accruing to the Customer.

8.2. No interest shall accrue on any deposits held by Betify.

9. RECOVERY OF AMOUNTS DUE TO BETIFY

9.1. In the event of a debit balance, the Customer shall pay the amount within three (3) business days of a written demand.

10. WITHDRAWAL

10.1. Betify shall credit the Customer's betting account with all winnings and refunds on an ongoing basis.

10.2. The minimum withdrawal amount is R50.

10.5. Amounts withdrawn shall be paid only into a South African-based banking account in the name of the Customer.

11. ADJUSTMENTS

11.1. Betify may at any time adjust or cancel the Customer's credit limit.

12. PROOF OF INDEBTEDNESS

12.1. A certificate signed by any director, manager, or accountant of Betify stating the amount of the Customer's indebtedness shall be prima facie proof of such indebtedness.

13. MONITORING OF BETTING ACCOUNT ACTIVITY

13.1. Betify is both entitled and legally obliged to monitor all customer betting account activity for irregular or unlawful activity.

13.2. Betify may withhold winnings and/or declare bets void if there is evidence of misuse, bots, hacking, VPNs, fraud, match rigging, or other unethical activity.

14. TAXES AND LEVIES

14.1. All winning bets in respect of horseracing only are subject to taxes and levies imposed by the provincial government (currently collectively 6%).

15. TERMINATION

15.1. Betify shall have the right to suspend or terminate services to a Customer without providing any reason.

15.2. The Customer shall be entitled to terminate at any time after final conclusion of any betting transaction.

16. BREACH

16.1. Should the Customer breach any of these Terms and fail to remedy within 48 hours, Betify shall be entitled to terminate the relationship.

17. RESTRICTIONS ON BETTING

17.1. No directors, employees, partners or affiliates of Betify are permitted to place any bets.

17.4. Syndicate Betting is strictly prohibited.

18. VOID BETS

18.1. Betify reserves the right to declare any bet wholly or partially void if accepted in error, due to technical problems, syndicate betting, unlawful influence, or any other circumstances beyond control.

19. BETTING AND PAYOUT LIMITS

19.1. Betify reserves the right to limit the net payout on any bet.

19.2. The maximum total payout limit per Customer per day is R2,000,000.00.

20. ERROR

20.1. Betify reserves the right to adjust, limit, cancel and/or reject any bet found to have been accepted in error.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

21.1. The liability of Betify shall be limited to the amount staked or the credit balance of the account.

21.2. Betify shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss of profits, winnings or any indirect or consequential damages.

22. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

22.1. The Customer consents to checks being made against appropriate third-party databases to verify identity and personal details.

23. DISPUTES

23.1. Disputes may be referred to the Eastern Cape Gambling Board for resolution.

24. EXCLUSION FROM BETTING ACTIVITY

24.1. The Customer may request temporary or permanent exclusion from betting at any time.

24.2. Customers who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact the NRGP on 0800 006 008.

25. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

25.5. Betify may at any time amend, replace or delete any of the Terms and shall ensure current Terms are available on its website.

25.15. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

26. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CASHOUT

The Cash Out feature is available on a variety of sports, events, fixtures and markets (both Pre-Match and Live In-Play) on single and multiple bets.

Important: All free bets and Free Money (Bonuses) are unavailable for Cash Out or Partial Cash Out.

Betify reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Cash Out feature at any time.

27. SELF-INCLUSION POLICY

27.1. Voluntary Betting Suspension

Customers have the option to request a temporary or permanent halt to their betting activities.

27.2. Guidance for Potential Gambling Issues

If a customer suspects they might have a gambling issue, it's advisable to take the NRGP Self-Assessment Quiz. The NRGP can be contacted toll-free at 0800 006 008.

27.3. Procedure for Self-Exclusion

In the event of self-exclusion, it is the customer's responsibility to inform Betify in writing.

28. REFUND POLICY

At Betify, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent betting experience.

28.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered for justifiable disputes, pre-contingency bets on cancelled events, and cancelled sports matches.

28.2. Refund Process

Customers must notify us within 10 minutes of the match or event's scheduled start time. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of validation.

29. CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. We do not allow cancellations of bets if they are placed without any technical fault on our platform.

The only exception is in the rare event of a technical fault affecting the outcome or placement of a bet.
